Electric is from the artist’s Translations collection - These are very direct intuitive paintings celebrating the beauty in everyday experiences.  The feeling of cool water on your skin, the unfurling of a leaf or flower or the sound of birdsong.  Each painting in this collection seeks to bring a sense of wonder to the viewer.  
 
Electric Feels titled after a song my MGMT which embodies this energy, a moment of excitement when you are connected to something beautiful or soulful.  This piece was inspird by being at a music festival with friends at the end of the summer, it was so charged with joy.  There was a moment when the light was fading in the sky and the last streaks of cloud caught the sunlight across a darkening sky.
